1. Service provider

"Word2art" is a web platform operated by Wuhan Tufu Technology Co., Ltd. and "Word2art" under this Agreement may refer to webpage, mobile terminal, and related technical services provided around word2art software products according to different contexts. The term "User" refers to the person who registers, logs in, and uses word2art and the Services, and is more commonly referred to as "You" in this Agreement.

Word2art provides this software or service including but not limited to multiple app versions for Ios, Android, etc., a website with the domain name word2art.com, and multiple types of applets in which you can complete your word cloud design anytime, anywhere. Little Tile is also constantly being updated and improved to meet your growing needs.

4. Service licence

Word2art grants you a non-exclusive, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable licence to use the Software. All other rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by TileSmall, and your exercise of such rights requires the additional written permission of TileSmall. The failure of Tile to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

1. Account Registration

1.1 You are required to provide your personal information to complete the account registration and password setting before using the services of Word2art, or register through the third party account approved by Word2art (e.g. Apple Login, etc.), in order to ensure that you enjoy the platform services are safe, effective and constantly optimised, you agree to authorise Word2art to verify and make reasonable use of your personal information.

1.2 Your registered account password can only be used for your legitimate use, and should not be used for illegal or unlawful purposes, should not be used to harm the interests of other parties, should not be maliciously registered in bulk, and should not be disclosed, lent, gifted or transferred to other people, etc. Otherwise, you shall be responsible for the improper use of the account password.

1.3 The same user can only register and bind one account. The same mobile phone number, third-party account, meet any of the conditions are considered the same user。

1.4 You are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and legality of the registration information you provide, and for updating your information in a timely manner. If you provide any information that is unlawful, unethical or which Small Tile considers unsuitable for display on Word2art, or if Word2art has reason to suspect that your information is programmed or operated maliciously, Word2art reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse you present and future use of all or any part of the Service.

1.5 Word2art shall not be liable for any Registration Data of any User, including, without limitation, the responsibility to identify, verify the authenticity, correctness, completeness, suitability and/or whether or not any Registration Data is up-to-date. 

2. Account security

After completing the registration process for the Service and successfully registering, you may use your mobile phone number and password to log in to your account on Word2art. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your account. You agree:

• You shall be fully responsible for all activities using your password and account, including, but not limited to, any data modification, payment, video production, etc. that you perform in Little Tile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and will not disclose your account or password to others under any circumstances. You are required to notify Word2art immediately of any unauthorised use of your Word2art account or any other breach of security.

• Word2art will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your failure to keep your account and password secure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password, and for assuming full legal responsibility for the activities you engage in under the name of your registered account. You will be solely responsible for any damage caused to you, Word2art or a third party if you fail to keep your account and password secure.

1. You know and agree that in order to facilitate your use of the services related to this platform, this platform will collect, use, store and share your personal information and necessary information in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the "Privacy Terms", including but not limited to your registration data, mapping records, mapping results, and so on. Except for the cases stipulated in the laws and regulations and agreed in the Privacy Policy or otherwise agreed, Word2art will not obtain, store or disclose or reveal your personal information to third parties without your permission.

2. You know and confirm that you need to provide real identity information in the process of registering an account or using this platform, and Word2art will use mailboxes, mobile phones, etc. to authenticate real identity information in accordance with the requirements of national laws and regulations. If the information you provide is untrue and incomplete, you will not be able to use this platform or be restricted in the process of using it, and you will bear the adverse consequences arising from it.

3. Word2art will use a variety of security technologies and procedures and establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from improper use or unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

4. Word2art will not disclose your personal information to any other companies, organisations and individuals without your consent, unless:

• Relevant laws and regulations or requirements of judicial or administrative authorities;

• Transferred to complete a merger, demerger, acquisition or transfer of assets;

• Necessary to provide the services you request;

• Circumstances in which it may be transferred or disclosed to a third party in accordance with the Privacy Policy or other rules of the agreement.

• Word2art attaches great importance to the protection of minors' information, if you do not have full capacity for civil behaviour, you should obtain the prior consent of your guardian before using Word2art.

1. Information content specification

You shall be responsible for the authenticity and legality of the content of the information published using the Word2art Platform and Services. If you need to obtain prior authorisation or approval from the right holder of the information content or any entitled third party, you should obtain such authorisation or approval in advance; once you publish a certain information content, it will be deemed that you have obtained such authorisation or approval in advance.

1.1 The information content referred to in this article refers to any content created, downloaded, used, published, or distributed by users using Word2art, including but not limited to registration information such as users' nicknames, avatars, and user descriptions, or text, images, etc. generated by your use of Word2art, as well as any other content generated by the use of Word2art.

1.2 You may not use Word2art to create, reproduce, publish, or distribute any illegal or unauthorised content, including but not limited to:

• Against the fundamental principles established by the Constitution

• Endangering State security, leaking State secrets, subverting State power, undermining State unity and damaging State honour and interests

• Incitement to ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining of national unity

• Spreading rumours, disturbing social order and undermining social stability

• Dissemination of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terrorism or abetting a crime

• Insulting or slandering others, infringing on their legal rights

• Contains content that is false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, invasive of another's privacy, harassing, invasive, libellous, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable

• Content that infringes on the privacy, personal information, copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property or legal rights of others

• Spreading commercial advertisements for tobacco, alcohol, drugs, cosmetic surgery, healthcare items, or similar commercial solicitations, excessive marketing messages and spam

2. Software Usage Specifications

You agree to use Word2art in a reasonable and lawful manner in accordance with this Agreement, and except as permitted by law or as permitted in writing by Word2art, any images or other content you view, share, download, use, transmit, or post through Word2art is for your personal use only, and you may not transfer, with or without compensation, the user rights acquired pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and you may not engage in any of the following acts:

• Use third party software, plug-ins, extras, systems, devices, etc. not provided or approved by Word2art to log in or use the Service.

• Selling, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reproducing, compiling, publishing, distributing, etc. the contents of the intellectual property rights owned by Word2art.

• Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software

• intercept, alter, collect, store or delete personal information, e-mail or other data of others without lawful authority, or use such information for any unlawful or improper purpose for which it has been obtained

• Adding, deleting or changing the functions or operating effects of the software by modifying or falsifying instructions or data in the operation of the software, or operating or communicating to the public the software or methods used for the above purposes, regardless of whether these acts are for commercial purposes or not.

In addition to this Agreement, Word2art will also remind users of the standardised use of the services provided by Word2art in various forms within the service platform, and you must comply with them. You acknowledge that Word2art does not have full control over the use of the user's behaviour, you use any content, including relying on the correctness, completeness or legality of the foregoing content, you agree to make your own judgement and bear all the risks, and Word2art will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from the foregoing risks to the extent permitted by law. In any case, if Word2art has reason to believe that any of your behaviour violates or may violate the above agreement, Word2art can independently judge and deal with, and has the right to terminate the provision of services to you without notice, and to pursue the relevant responsibility. If you use the services provided by Word2art in violation of this agreement and are held liable by a third party, you shall bear full responsibility.

1. If word2art found or received a report from others complaining about your violation of this agreement or the existence of any malicious acts, word2art have the right to delete the relevant content at any time without notice, shielding, and depending on the circumstances of the act on the offending account in addition to including but not limited to warnings, restriction or ban on the use of all or part of the function, account banned, cancellation and other penalties, and announce the results of the processing. Word2art has the right to keep records of suspected violations of laws and regulations and suspected criminal offences, and to report to the competent authorities and cooperate with them in their investigations in accordance with the law. Word2art has the right not to return the deleted content.

2. If you violate the provisions of this Agreement or other terms and conditions and cause a third party to file a complaint or litigation claim, you shall bear the full legal responsibility by yourself. If your violation of the law or breach of contract results in Small Tile compensating any third party or being punished by state authorities, you shall also fully compensate Small Tile for all losses suffered as a result.

3. The company respects and protects the legal rights and interests of legal persons and citizens, such as intellectual property rights, the right to reputation, the right to name, the right to privacy and other legal rights and interests. You guarantee that the use of word2art uploaded text, video, audio, links, etc. does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, the right to reputation, the right to name, the right to privacy and other rights and legitimate interests. Otherwise, Word2art reserves the right to remove the allegedly infringing content upon receipt of a notice from the right holder or related parties. You shall bear the full legal responsibility for all claims made by third parties; if the infringement results in losses suffered by Word2art (including, but not limited to, economic and goodwill losses), you shall also compensate Little Tile in full for all losses suffered by Word2art.

1. You understand and agree that Word2art reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Word2art shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of the Service, and that you shall properly update, back up and transfer your data.

2. Due to your violation of this Agreement, Word2art has the right to interrupt or terminate one or more of the services according to the actual situation, and in the case of serious violation, Word2art will directly terminate your right to use Word2art.

3. You may exercise the following rights if you disagree with the contents of this Agreement or are dissatisfied with the services provided by Word2art:

• Stop using the Little Tile account service

• You may cancel your account by yourself or by notifying Word2art of the cancellation of your account. The cancellation of your account will result in the deletion of your personal information, drawing records, design details, etc., and the termination of your corresponding rights and obligations (your obligation to pay any damages will not be terminated as a result of such termination), and Word2art will not be liable for the transmission of any unprocessed information or unfinished services to you.

1. When you use the products or services provided by third parties in the Software, you shall comply with the user agreements of the third parties in addition to this Agreement. If any dispute arises from your use of the products or services provided by the third party, you and the third party shall be responsible for resolving the dispute, and Word2art shall not be liable for any responsibility.

2. When you use the products or services provided by a third party in the Software, the Software may call a third party system or through a third party to support the use of or access to the user, the results of the use of or access to the third party by such third party to provide the results of the use of or access to the Word2art does not guarantee that through the third-party to provide the services and the contents of the security, accuracy, effectiveness and other uncertain risks, and as a result of this, if the cause of any disputes and damages, has nothing to do with the Word2art, the Word2art will not be held liable for.

1. Word2art may contain advertisements, which is a reasonable and legitimate business model of Word2art and its affiliates, and you agree to receive advertisements or other information (including commercial and non-commercial information) published by Word2art, its affiliates or its third-party partners in the course of using Word2art, and that the specific form of delivery and display of the information, its frequency and its content, etc., shall be subject to the actual provision of Word2art.

2. Your correspondence or business dealings of any kind with advertisers and other third parties through this website, or participation in promotional activities, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, as well as any other related terms, conditions, warranties or representations made, are solely between you and the advertisers and other third parties. You are responsible for making your own judgement as to the truthfulness of the information contained in the advertisements and, except as expressly provided by law, Word2art will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature incurred by you as a result of any such dealings or as a result of any such dealings with the advertisers and other third parties.

1. Charging policy

Certain content on the Service may be available for a fee. By choosing to use paid content on the Service, you agree that we may update the pricing and payments listed on the Service from time to time. Word2art may add new Services for additional fees and charges or modify the fees and charges for existing Services at any time in its sole discretion. You will be notified of such updates via a website announcement or by other appropriate means prior to the effective date, and you are obligated to be aware of such updates when you visit Word2art.

2. Refund policy

Word2art does not offer refunds and you may cancel your Word2art,You may cancel your Word2art account at any time; however, no fees or charges will be refunded upon account cancellation. In the event that Tile reduces the fees for value-added services or converts a paid service to a free service, Tile reserves the right not to provide refunds or fee adjustments to the original paying user.

1. You understand and agree that the Word2art Software and related services may be affected or interfered with by a number of factors, and therefore Word2art makes no warranties (including, but not limited to):

• It is perfectly suited to the user's requirements

• Be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable or error-free; and that any software, services or other materials obtained by the User through Little Tile meet the User's expectations

• Any errors in the software will be corrected

2. For suspected loans or other property-related network information, account passwords, advertisements or promotions and other information, please be careful and make your own judgement, based on the foregoing reasons you thus suffered profits, business reputation, loss of data or other tangible or intangible losses, the company does not assume any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages liability.

3. You understand and agree that in the use of Word2art, you may encounter force majeure and other factors (force majeure refers to an objective event that cannot be foreseen, overcome and avoided), including but not limited to government action, natural disasters, network reasons, hacker attacks, war or any other similar events. Force majeure situation, the company will endeavour to repair the first time in a timely manner, but due to force majeure to the user's losses, the user agrees that the company is not responsible.

4. Word2art will be granted the right to deal with illegal and unauthorised content in accordance with this Agreement, which does not constitute an obligation or commitment on the part of the Company, and the Company cannot guarantee that violations will be detected in a timely manner or dealt with accordingly.

5. You expressly understand and agree that small tiles disclaims all warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the services under this agreement, including, but not limited to, commercial merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and the like. your use of the software and related services is at your own risk.

6. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk, including, but not limited to, any damage to your mobile phone or loss of data resulting from the downloading of any materials; your uploading of text, information, materials, music, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other personal data to the Internet that is copied, reproduced, or otherwise used by other organisations or individuals.

7. You expressly understand and agree that the Service is provided on an "as is" basis and that Word2art is not responsible for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, non-storage or any other problems with any user information or personalised settings. Word2art reserves the right to suspend any portion of the Service for maintenance, upgrades or other purposes without prior notice.

8. You clearly understand and agree that this agreement is to protect compliance with national laws and regulations, safeguard public order and morals, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of others, small tiles in the ability to do their best to judge in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, but does not guarantee that the company's judgement is completely consistent with the judiciary, the administrative organs of the judgement, such as the consequences arising from the user has understood and agreed to bear the consequences themselves.

1. You expressly understand and agree that Word2art, as a network service provider, is not in a position to examine the authenticity and legality of each and every type of picture, material, template and other content on the Platform. Accordingly, Word2art once again solemnly draws your attention to the fact that any text, images, materials, templates, etc. published or uploaded via the Service are the responsibility of the content providers. Tile only provides you with storage space for the content, and has no control over the content transmitted via the Service, nor does it guarantee the authenticity or legality of the content, so please make your judgement carefully.

2. You expressly understand and agree that Word2art cannot review and track your use of the Content as described above. Accordingly, you are solely responsible for any third party recourse or your own damages resulting from your use of the Content beyond what is agreed upon herein or otherwise authorised by Word2art.

3. You expressly understand and agree that the limit of indemnity for Word2art under this Agreement is the amount of payment actually received by Word2art from you, such as font licence fees, membership fees, etc., and that this is the maximum aggregate amount of Small Tile's obligations and liabilities to any one user.

1. Word2art is the owner of the intellectual property rights of the Software and the Services. All copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights of the Software, as well as all information content related to the Software (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, interface design, layout framework, electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the People's Republic of China and the corresponding international treaties, and Word2art enjoys the above intellectual property rights, except for those that belong to others in accordance with the law.

2. Without the written consent of Word2art, you may not implement, exploit, or transfer the above intellectual property rights by yourself or license to a third party for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, and Word2art reserves the right to pursue legal liability for such actions.

3. You understand and agree that the text, images, video, audio, etc. posted and uploaded by you when using the Word2art Platform and related services are either originated by you or legally licensed to you (including sub-licensing). The intellectual property rights of the content you create through Word2art belong to you or the original copyright owner.

4. You agree to grant Word2art a free, non-exclusive, worldwide right to collect, use, store, manage and protect User Content generated by you in the course of the Service for the purpose of providing, optimising and promoting the Service. Word2art will use the User Content in accordance with the Privacy Policy and use its best efforts to use the User Content to the extent reasonably possible, and your requisite authorisation and consent does not imply that Word2art will necessarily use the User Content generated by you in the course of the Service, nor does it change your ownership of the User Content or its intellectual property rights, nor does it affect any of the lawful uses that you may make of the User Content.
